Browser Caching Issue

Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser Caching Issues

SYMPTOMS:
- Your username and password are valid but you can not stay logged in

- You can not get a valid shipping method from our shopping cart or checkout
- When you add an item to the shopping cart, it disappears

SOLUTION:

Your browser has some cached information stored in it and needs to be cleared out. Below is how to clear the cache in your IE browser. These steps may vary depending on the version of your browser.

1. Click the sprocket ( or TOOLS>OPTIONS on older browers) and select 'Internet Options' to open this screen:

2.  Click ‘Delete’ to open the ‘delete browsing history’ window and configure as shown below:


3.  Click the delete button and wait for the cursor to stop spinning, then click ‘apply’ then’ ok’ to close the window as shown below:

4.  Close all open instances of internet explorer then open a new session and try again. You should now be able to use our web site without problems. If this did not resolve your issue, consider using another browser like Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome.
